The Augusta Mini Theatre is turning 50 years old, and the celebration kicks off with the Annual Donation Celebration Drive-Thru Fundraiser! This event is a fun, safe, and interactive way for the community to come together and support AMT’s mission of providing arts education and life skills training to youth.
Supporters are invited to make a symbolic donation (for example, $50 in honor of 50 years), helping AMT continue its tradition of excellence and ensuring the success of its new 142-seat Instructional & Performance Center.
Why It Matters: This event is not just about celebrating the past—it’s about investing in the future. Every donation helps Augusta Mini Theatre continue to change lives through the arts, expand opportunities for students, and build a legacy that will last for generations.
Grand Opening
It’s finally here — Augusta Mini Theatre is thrilled to welcome the community to the Grand Opening of our brand-new 142-seat Instructional & Performance Center! Join us January 16 – 18, 2026 for an unforgettable weekend of celebration, performances, and community pride.
Weekend Schedule:
- Friday, January 16 at 4 PM – Ribbon Cutting Ceremony with a Walk-Through immediately following.
- Saturday, January 17 at 5 PM – Grand Opening Party & Special Performance featuring current students and alumni.
- Sunday, January 18 at 3 PM – Encore Presentation of Saturday’s Show with opportunities to meet students and tour the facility.
This is more than just a new building — it’s a milestone 50 years in the making, made possible by the support and dedication of our community. Come celebrate with us and witness the future of Augusta Mini Theatre!
3rd Annual Almost New Year’s Eve Line Dance Day Party
It’s finally here — Augusta Mini Theatre is thrilled to welcome the community to the 3rd Annual Almost New Year’s Eve Line Dance Day Party that will be held at Paine College Heal Complex, 1255 Druid Park Ave, Augusta, GA 30904
Schedule:
- Saturday, December 27, 2025 at 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM – Doors open at 10:30 AM
Snacks will be provided. Bring your own food. Bring your own non-alcoholic beverages. Alcohol is not permitted.
No ticket sales at the door.
Proceeds will benefit the Augusta Mini Theater general operation fund.
