Allyssa K. Blair joined The Augusta Mini Theatre Arts & Life Skills School in the fall of 2018 as a volunteer. She is now the Program Director. Ms. Blair is responsible for the planning and implementation of the Programmatic portion of the school to ensure its effectiveness and goals are met and to evaluate all aspects of the program.
Ms. Blair holds a Bachelor’s degree from Valdosta State University in Theatre/Fine Arts with an emphasis in performance. Outside of the office, Ms. Blair is a fashion designer and sewist and has used those skills to make costumes for the most recent play “All God’s Children Got Guns” – 2019. Although she is not an Instructor, Ms. Blair works closely with the students and is enjoying the journey of watching them grow as artists.
